I love Gary Oldman. He's such a master of disguises/accents! I'm all yay Sirius! Everyone I know is all huh? I'm like dude, that's Oldman. He plays Sirius Black. They're all WHAT?! REALLY?! Me: *eyeroll* You should do him as Dracula! God he's hot.

I agree. Oldman is one of those actors that can transform so completely that it's not weird to be halfway through a movie and suddenly realize that it's him.

Gordan has always been one of my favorite Batman characters. I really liked Gary Oldman as Gordan.

I agree. He's the sane Everyman that the audience can relate to but still admire as a complete badass. Oldman really carried that off well.

Yeah, I think so too. Oldman definitely made the role his own.

I love the lighting in this. And for an extremely random note: I love the way you added the light glinting off his glasses. When taking photographs, that glare is so annoying, haha. But it really gives your painting a sense of realism.

Thanks! I chose the movie screenshot that I used as reference specifically for the lighting. I've never painted glasses before (not that I can remember, anyway), so this was good practice. I'm glad you like it!

I thought this was a shot from the film...then I saw the hair and went "Holy F**k." This is seriously awesome.

Thank you! But I hope the hair wasn't too poorly done that it took away from your enjoyment?

No, of course not. It doesn't look bad at all. It still looks incredible.

I'd consider it a sketch in that I didn't spend as much time on it as usual and it doesn't contain as much detail.

Thanks for the comment. Hope you enjoyed!

Thanks! The shape of the frames is all wrong but I'm pretty happy with the way the glare of the lenses came out.

Thanks! I think it came out a little dark overall but it was fun to play around with extreme lighting and shadows.
