Quick update: The time between uploads for this series has gotten so long! My bad. It's my intention to keep on with TMM and I have no plans of stopping. It just may be a little while between pages.

Grantaire (the happy, fun drunk), Valjean (the angry, belligerent drunk), Javert (the sad, buzzkill drunk) and Les Mis are property of their respective owners. Thoroughly Modern Mizzies (TMM) is my [not-to-be-taken-seriously] fan comic that depicts Valjean, Javert, and/or the other characters of Les Miserables doing dumb stuff in the modern day.

Don't know if it's to your fancy, but I was reminded of this bit from Twelfth Night:

Olivia: What is a drunken man like, Fool?
Feste: Like a drowned man, a fool, and a madman. One draught above heat makes him a fool, the second mads him, & a third drowns him.
Olivia: Go thou and seek the coroner and have him sit o' my coz, for he's in the third degree of drink, he's drowned. Go look after him.
Feste: He is but mad yet, madonna (milady), and the fool shall look to the madman.
