September's over and so is the raffle. The winner has been randomly chosen. Congratulations to Lupana! Her winning "ticket" was a response to the question, "You're given the plane ticket equivalent of a blank check. Where would you fly?" Her answer? "Yellowstone National Park. Because I've always wanted to go there!"

•State of Commissions
Commissions are still open, but my estimated turn around time has increased to 1-2 weeks (though most paintings are finished faster). While I can no longer offer my previous turnaround time of a few days without a rush request, please be assured that I'm still doing everything I can to continue to offer timely commissions that don't compromise on quality.

•State of Fan Art
As I've mentioned in a few recent deviation descriptions, I really hope that people who watch me for my fan art paintings haven't been too annoyed or disappointed that my uploads have been commission-heavy.  I'm really enjoying doing commissions of original characters and feel that it's pushing me to try new subject matter and painting techniques. But I'd like to assure anyone who's thinking something along the lines of "Where be the fan artz?" that there's plenty more in the works. Upcoming projects that are currently in various states of completion include Bellatrix Lestrange, Sirius Black, an Inglorious Basterd, and another character from The Hobbit. And I hope it goes without saying that there's [always] more Les Mis on the way.

1) The last movie I saw was Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark.
2) When I eat a bag of M&M's, I feel compelled to sort them by color before eating them.
3) I need to change the nib on my tablet pen.
4) I recently discovered the comic book series The Boys by Garth Ennis and think it's amazing.

10) What do you Think over middleages? It's a time period in history that never really interested me as much as others. For what it's worth, Monty Python and the Holy Grail is one of my favorite movies, ever. (And Spamalot is awesome!)

Instead of tagging anyone specific, I'm going to turn this into a raffle of sorts.
